These terms govern purchases and site use at squattypotty.xin, operated by Pioneer Mesa Bathworks LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, inventory errors, or pricing mistakes. Risk of loss passes when the carrier takes the parcel. Product photos are illustrative; wood grain and acrylic tint can vary.

Accounts

You are responsible for the password on any account you create and for activity under that login. Do not scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the storefront.

Intellectual property

Squatty PottyO names, stool silhouettes, and site copy are protected. See Intellectual Property. User reviews you post may be displayed, edited for length, or removed if they are unlawful.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by Utah law, our liability for a product claim is limited to the amount you paid for that item. Some states do not allow certain limits; those limits may not apply to you.
